Refunds for HypnoBirthing sessions are available minus the $150 deposit which includes book and key card. Full refunds for both private and group sessions are available if they are requested prior to clients receiving the book and key card or before the series has begun. The $150 deposit is non-refundable for clients who have already downloaded the key card or attended one or more class sessions. A 24 hour notice is requested prior to cancelling or rescheduling a private series.
Refunds for Doula clients are available prior to 35 weeks. Before 35 weeks clients will receive a partial refund minus the non-refundable retainer fee. For a full refund clients must notify Santa Barbara HypnoBirthing within 7 days of depositing the retainer fee. After 35 weeks full payment is required and non-refundable.
